We've added the ability for you to grab your analytics from any of your Spaces!

To view the analytics, just go into your Space menu and click Analytics. From there, you can download all stats to CSV for the Space.

We've updated the events calendar to include past events. Members who were invited to the event can also watch recordings (if there are any) by viewing a past event in the calendar.

You can now tag everyone in the space. Simply use @Everyone when tagging and they will all receive a notification they've been mentioned.

Stay connected with everything happening in your Space through our new Activity Feed! This dedicated view highlights all the latest conversations, posts, and interactions across your community.

Simply click the Activity icon at the bottom of the left sidebar to see what's buzzing. Each notification is clickable, taking you directly to the relevant post or conversation so you never miss an important moment.

This enhancement makes it easier than ever to keep your finger on the pulse of your community, whether you're a space owner tracking engagement or a member catching up on discussions.

We've been working hard to make Swarm even better! Here’s what’s new this week:

Engagement just got easier! Now, you can create a poll directly while composing a text post, rather than having to add it afterward. This makes it more seamless to gather quick opinions, spark discussions, and interact with your members in real-time.

Your members' experience should feel natural and effortless. With this update, Spaces will automatically adjust to match their computer’s light or dark mode settings. They still have full control to customize it in their profile settings, but now the default experience will feel more intuitive.

If you're a white label customer, you can manually force light/dark mode for all your members in your white label settings.

Visual content matters! You can now upload a custom thumbnail or select an Unsplash image for text posts inside Video Hubs. This means text-based discussions can stand out more and feel as visually engaging as video content, making it easier for members to browse and interact.

No more lingering notifications! We’ve refined the way unread indicators work, so red dots on posts and comments will now disappear immediately after you’ve viewed them. This small but impactful improvement ensures a smoother experience and helps members keep track of what’s truly unread.

We're excited to introduce pop-out notes in the Video Hub, making your video content more interactive and informative than ever.

Video notes are rich, contextual notes that appear alongside your videos in the Video Hub. The notes can include:

Simply create a note after uploading a video, and it will automatically appear to viewers. Notes remain visible throughout playback or until the viewer closes it, making it easy to reference important information without interrupting the viewing experience.

We can't wait to see how you'll use this feature to enhance your video content and create more engaging experiences for your members!

We've made a significant update to the video-first card layout on Swarm.

Instead of the previous stacked view of responses, you'll now see a conversation icon in the bottom right of each card.

This opens a clean, easy-to-navigate thread of all responses – similar to TikTok. You can still reply with text, video, or voice messages just as before.

We believe this update will make video-first conversations more engaging and easier to follow, especially for busy users who want a quick overview of discussions.

You can now host multiple events in your Space and display them on a calendar! Watch this video to see how it works.
