If you'd like to make your guest list visible, just toggle the new "Attendee list visbility" option in the Design section of your event settings.

We're excited to introduce pop-out notes in the Video Hub, making your video content more interactive and informative than ever.

Video notes are rich, contextual notes that appear alongside your videos in the Video Hub. The notes can include:

Simply create a note after uploading a video, and it will automatically appear to viewers. Notes remain visible throughout playback or until the viewer closes it, making it easy to reference important information without interrupting the viewing experience.

We can't wait to see how you'll use this feature to enhance your video content and create more engaging experiences for your members!

We've made a significant update to the video-first card layout on Swarm.

Instead of the previous stacked view of responses, you'll now see a conversation icon in the bottom right of each card.

This opens a clean, easy-to-navigate thread of all responses – similar to TikTok. You can still reply with text, video, or voice messages just as before.

We believe this update will make video-first conversations more engaging and easier to follow, especially for busy users who want a quick overview of discussions.

You can now host multiple events in your Space and display them on a calendar! Watch this video to see how it works.

In addition, your upcoming events are visible directly from within your Space, so members can swipe through, learn more, and add events to their calendar.

Previously, as an admin, you were only able to disable a member from accessing a Space. We've now added the option to completely delete them.

When you delete a member, their content will not be removed but they will not able able to access the Space.

You can now get help from AI when responding to comments in Feed view. To get started, simply click the AI icon below the comment box.

When writing text (posts, comments, replies), you can insert hyperlink around words. Simply click the text you want to hyperlink and use the link icon to insert a link.

We've made some improvements to the voice recorder on mobile. This will improve the reliability of recording audio clips as well as the quality.

If you're a white label customer on our Expert or Elite plans, you can now default your theme to light or dark mode. Simply edit your white label settings and select the appropriate theme.

You can now generate invite links to your Space automatically using Zapier. You can also enable/disable members via Zapier actions. )

This is useful if you're using your own system to collect membership payments.
